496 HO Mercruiser ( 8.1L ) 425 horsepower. 180 psi compression on all 8 cylinders. 450 hours run time on engine mostly cruising RPM. Complete drop in minus bell housing, coupler and rubber motor mounts. Roller lifter. MPI fuel injected, cool fuel 3. Distributor-less ignition system, coil near plug. Closed cooling system. Aluminum exhaust manifolds. I also have the cast iron manifolds that came off for a spare set. Stainless risers, dry joint, which eliminates potential leakage into cylinders
